Follow These Simple Steps
1. Go to start up hit “RUN” then type “REGEDIT”
2. Look for the key HKEY_LOCAL_MECHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex
3. After look again for the key called “ Statup Delay” double click on it
4. Now where its base click the decimal value the default is “4800000” “75300:hexdecimal”
5. Change the value to 40000 and you done.
